Monthly Update
OKAY.
So I disappeared again and I'm terribly sorry about that. Let me update everyone on what has happened.
I'm done with art history. I aced it with a 93. Proud of myself because it was my second attempt. At least, unless the 3 items that wasn't graded somehow affect me...that is my best possible grade. I'm not sure what wasn't graded because it all shows graded except my extra credit I could have done and I did not because I just....did not.
Now I'm in college math and crap.
I'm only day two in. I looked over my assignments and did this terrified nervous laugh because I spent my entire 4 years of high school sleeping in math or our math teacher had us watch Numbers and write little essays on what we learned. Productive, right? I felt like my school did a lot of half assed things (best way and only way to describe it...).
So here I am with a 612 page textbook and fractions and locate X (which I wish I could circle and be like, IT'S RIGHT FRICKIN THERE) and that "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally" stuff we learned in middle school (crap...I do remember that at least).
Someone in my class has already taken it and apparently more than once and is freaked out about it because they haven't found the help they needed and I'm sitting here reading that message and doing a LOUDER terrified nervous laugh and thinking......." $#%#"
Thankfully I have two people who are offering me some help and plan to help me when I ask but I can only handle so much before I break.
My agenda tonight? Freaking out about math equations that I slept through and then paid someone to do my "through the mail" math course for me (I LEGIT did that because I was not doing it and both me and mother went in on that).
I kind of can't do that now but I'm also not entirely sure what "find X" has to do with creating video games and I'm sure there is some sort of tie to it but I'm honestly not sure.
Here I thought middle school math problems were a pain. Those stupid...."Mary has three apples and Johnny takes one apple. Mary's friend gives her two more apples. Mary then eats one. How many does she have now?" Well, that is rather simple Karen. She has three. The same she started with.
See what math does to me?! Angers my soul....
