Upcoming Sims 4 Speed Builds

I spent this weekend downloading a crap load of CC for my Sims 4 game...again. With that being said I'm going to start working on more speed builds and I need to pick back up with Sheltered but I've been excited about doing the speed builds. I am actually going to be rebuilding each world and building new houses on empty lots and then remodeling already built lots. I may tear down some built lots and just rebuild something on top of them but I'm not sure yet. Right now I'm currently in San Myshuno remodeling those apartments and just finished recording the first speed build, I will edit that and then start a new recording. Or just record and then edit them all later as I go. I will have to figure that out. Haha!

After San Myshuno (am I even spelling that right?) I'm not sure where I will start building next. I do want to take a few of the speed builds and actually TALK instead of just using music and what not, and actually talk and interact with everyone.
