Catch Up - Dropped From Fundamentals of Art II?
I realized that I haven't posted an update in a bit, like 11 days late on an update. Things got hectic real quick though in my life. I can't really go into that right now so we will discuss that in a later note.
I'm currently in Texas with my aunt however. So there is that.
Sadly, I dropped out of my Fundamentals of Art II class this month but if you want me to be 100% honest, it was NOT my fault. I have picture proof that I was actually screwed over. Week one I was on top of the world with my assignments. Didn't make the best grade for whatever reason though. I felt that the professor graded really harshly and his feedback was always, "Watch the lecture and the live workshop to understand these assignments." I did you fool. Don't tell me what you don't know. Maybe if you actually READ my email I sent you at the beginning of the week you would understand what's happening? Yes. I emailed him the beginning of the week with no response. I then emailed him the beginning of the second week with no response. That second week however was when I got severely sick and was having to rush around with some life events that was done last minute so a few of my assignments I was late on. I emailed him the links, as per the policy of the class, and to this day they are still left ungraded. I emailed him again asking if he received the late work submission about mid week three, no reply. End of week three, I stopped doing my assignments because I saw there was no point, contacted my liaison and explained everything, and then just stopped doing all my work. Two more emails to the professor, one even being a forward of the previous email with my late work submission, and no reply. He is an honest to God tool. I even mentioned to my liaison that when I have to retake the class that I want a different professor. Not sure if that will be the case though.
So I mentioned I got sick. My kiddos were who had gotten sick first. Fever over 102, cough, everything. My girlfriend ended up having surgery to remove a lump from her breast which was a non-cancerous tumor thankfully, so I was trying to keep her away from the sickness and in return, I got sick. I was able to go to Urgent Care though a week ago night before my first attempt to fly out to Texas, and was diagnosed with Bronchitis, start of strep, and my shingles were back in a full force action. Yes, I'm 26 years old with shingles. I first caught it at the beginning of the year when I had the flu, and now every time I get really sick they flare up, and this was a time they decided to spread a little. Few more spots on my side, and along my jaw line. So I'm on an inhaler, steroids, and antibiotic but the only thing I have been using is the inhaler because for the last two weeks I haven't been eating like I should. I barely eat at all, maybe a meal every few days?
Well, there is my crazy update. I will have to update more with what happens while I'm in Texas. If it's not raining tonight, we are supposed to go out and do some stuff.
